e-Aadhaar letterIt was really gigantic news for the one who are immensely seeking for Aadhaar Card. Yes, now the people who dint receive their Aadhaar card manually can download e Aadhaar Letter from the official website at eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in. All then you need to enter some credentials to get the respective Aadhaar card through online.
You can print the generated Aadhaar and can use it anywhere. The mandatory details to download your e Aadhaar are listed below

  • Enrollment number (1234/12345/12345) and date time (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss)
  • Resident Name
  • Area Pin code

Procedure to download e-Aadhaar from eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in
Make sure that you arranged all the above mentioned details to begin with

  1. Logon to official website by following the link http://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in
  2. Enter the secured credentials like Enrolment Number, Date Time followed by Captcha. Get the details from the acknowledgement slip that was given at the enrolment center.
  3. Click on “Submit” to move forward
  4. Here in this step, you will get the last four digits of your mobile number which was registered at the enrollment center. If the number is correct then press “Yes” button. If the shown number is wrong then press “No” to enter new mobile number.
  5. Now you will get OTP (One Time Password) from Aadhaar as a part of verification process.
  6. Enter the Password which was sent to the shown mobile number to proceed further.
  7. Now download e Aadhaar Card in PDF Format and enter your Pin Code Number to open it.

Before you Download eAadhaar Check Aadhaar Status here. Make sure that you have entered your area pin code correctly when opening the pdf e Aadhaar card. Share your problems through comment form.

Hiiii I have solution of ur problem......you just dnt want to download e aadhar letter in day coz the whole day e aadhar letter site was jam n not working well so when u try to download card at day timing u lost opt receiving chance of ur no so plz follow this solution coz i had downloaded so may card using that method....u just simple want to do open this site http://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/eDetails.aspx at night after 12 am and try so many time at this time opt was came on mob. no so late bt at otp receiving window just click ok address bar then u will receive opt then download u will be sure successful download adhar card ok

    1. theres no such limit......u can use 1 mobile number only one's in a day... u might have used one mobile number for downloading mulitple aadhaar card (i.e. aadhaar card of morre than one person) on a single day...thats why they said "limit execeeded"......

  13. 4.Here in this step, you will get the last four digits of your mobile number which was registered at the enrollment center. If the number is correct then press “Yes” button. If the shown number is wrong then press “No” to enter new mobile number. It is not asking for the YES/NO of the step 4. Directly asking to enter OTP ...what if some people did not have mobile number did not enter whil enrolling. This means they can not get it.?

  16. please intimate how to download Aadhar card. What about eligibility on other identity like Ration card,Voter card, Driving licence, Photocopy of Bank Pass book,passport. The Aadhar identity is compulsory or not. The acts is a harassing step to the innocent citizen of india. Please withdraw this step or prepare aadhar card on spot or on the basis of physical verification done by the local food & supply department or other agency.

    I downloaded Addhar card from the below URL.

    Please follow below order.

    1) First check your addhar card status. If it's generated then goto above url and download.

    2) In Download Page please provide below details.

    a) Enrolment No. and Date time - Check in your acknowledgement receipt.
    b) Resident Name - Please enter exact your name displayed in the receipt(include dot also)
    c) Pincode - Please enter exact pincode number displayed in the receipt.
    d)Enter the text shown - enter image text displayed in the downlaod page

We went on line to print the letter as required by the govt to submit to Gas Agency, the site is asking for high security password issued to our mobile numbers, which we have not yet received.
