Government of Andhra Pradesh Registration and Stamps Department is providing Unit Rates of locations City/Town/Village wise in www.registration.ap.gov.in. Andhra Pradesh Registration and Stamps Department now changed website address www.igrs.ap.gov.in to www.registration.ap.gov.in. This is to help citizens to know the land Rate of a property based on its location. People can be accessed from Internet to know Land rates, Duty rates, Stamp Vendor Details.
AP Registration and Stamps Department website domain name is changed now. www.registration.ap.gov.in is the new domain name to AP Registration and Stamps Department. www.igrs.ap.gov.in is not working now.

CARD implementation in 387 Sub-Registrar Offices in AP has brought a significant change in the process of Registration of immovable properties, apart from providing speedy services. In addition CARD has been successful in achieving the transparency of administration, particularly the valuation of properties and the duties there on. To keep transparency of Government information to Citizens, the registrations and stamps department took the initiative in making available some of the important information services on the WEB through www.registration.ap.gov.in.
CARD Stands for Computer Aided Administration of Registration Department, this started in 1998. CARD Functions is Registration of Documents, Valuation of immovable Properties, Collection of Revenue, Stamp Duty, Transfer Duty and Registration Fee, Issue of Certified Copies of Documents, issue of Encumbrance certificates-EC, Registration of Societies, Firms, Chit Funds, Non-Trading Companies, Marriages.

ReplyDelete"This Service is accessible only before 10:00 AM and after 7:00 PM on Weekdays and 24 Hrs Sundays" but unfortunately I tried to open after 7.00 PM and begfore 10.00 A.M. no response the same message is displyaing. What kind of this message you are poosted on the site which has no truth how the public trust on your words. Please look into the matter seriously and enable us to open it for all times not the restricted period then what is the use of of your website which is not compatible to the public interest.
Sir, Your site has not been showing the new Policy about the revised market values etc. in spite of trying for the last two days. During the period of transparency and accountability, if the functioning of the site is not satisfactory, RTI Act will not be of use. Please check up and get it rectified. But it is not functioning inspite of giving name of the district and SR etc.IF this is so, the question of transparency and accountability under RTI Act will be of no use.
