  • Open your preferred web browser and go to https://wbifms.gov.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the 'e-Service for Employees' option located on the left-hand side.
  • From the options that appear, select 'Signup for Registration' to access the Employee Registration page.
  • Enter your 'Employee Number' and your registered mobile number.
  • Input the Captcha Code displayed in the image and click 'Register.'
  • You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and check the 'Declaration Checkbox.'
  • Click on 'Create My Account' to complete the registration. Remember to change the temporary password when you log in for the first time.

  • Visit the WBIFMS portal at https://wbifms.gov.in.
  • Hover your cursor over the 'e-Service for Employees' option and click 'Sign-in.'
  • Enter your login credentials (Username and Password).
  • Click 'Login' to access your account.
  • In your account, click on 'My Documents,' and a dropdown list will appear.
  • Select 'View Payslip' to display your salary slip on the screen.
  • To download your WBIFMS salary slip, choose the desired year and month.
  • Click the 'Download' button to save your payslip.
